Free charts are calculated locally in your browser by default. Birth details and free reports are not uploaded as part of this calculation. A saved personal profile remains in local browser storage and can be removed by clearing site data.
After you give storage consent and begin a purchase, a report snapshot is uploaded to Cloudflare D1 for generation and permanent delivery. The order records the consent time and this policy version. Unpaid snapshots are normally removed after seven days; paid reports remain until deletion is requested. Creem processes international card payments. The relevant gateways process Alipay and WeChat Pay order amounts and callbacks; manual QR review remains a fallback.
Permanent report snapshots and administrator order lists do not store or display exact IP addresses. Cloudflare, as the hosting and security provider, may process network information in transit and security logs. The site records anonymous D1 events such as completed calculations, retrospective feedback, sharing, and payment-funnel steps; these events exclude names, birth details, and complete chart data. Google Analytics loads only after explicit permission, is used for page and checkout analysis, and is not used for personalised advertising. Your choice is stored in this browser.
Email is optional and is used to recover a purchased report. Marketing consent is separate from report recovery, and marketing email is not sent without separate consent.
Purchased reports are delivered through a randomly generated access token. To request deletion, contact us at [email protected] and provide the report link and proof of purchase.
